In NLP coaching we use techniques and beliefs that helps us with anything from increasing self-confidence, insecurities, improving self-awareness which generally impacts how we perceive the world around us. We start with initial consultation where we discuss your goals and/or problems you’d like to work on and then follow with 1 or 2 one hour sessions a week to discuss improvements, given homework or current state of mind.
