How does it work:

Starting with an initial assessment and consultation where we find out where you are at in terms of your level of fitness, any potential restrictions in moving and where we discuss your current lifestyle habits, your goals and circumstance we will be working with.

Session Breakdown.

Sessions are 45 min long and you will receive your own tailored training program. I will be closely observing your lifting techniques in our sessions and follow with appropriate feedback and necessary adjustments as we go.

My Approach.

I’m a big advocate of approaching each client individually. No client ever will have the same training program or will be taken by the same process to become a better lifter.

We will be prioritising technique, as this makes 80% of a successful lift and your smooth and better progress. We will be focusing on mastering this specifically for big compounds lift which will be supported by accessory exercises for perfection. We will never prioritise load of your lifts just to lift your ego. This way we will prevent you from suffering an injury whilst moving closer to your ultimate goal.

Whether you experience plateau or feel uncomfortable or even pain during lifting, we will make adjustments, specifically tailored to you as an individual, to remove this from lifting.

We will ensure that proven principles will be applied, using progressive overload techniques, panned deload weeks to allow body rest and recover, regular mobility and rehabilitation sessions during deloads and variety in terms of exercises and muscle engagement.

Working with me will guarantee you:
