stronger, and achieving consistency with going to the gym.

In the time I’ve been seeing her, I have got much stronger, and achieved strength goals that previously seemed impossible, such as chin ups. Even though I wasn’t originally pursuing aesthetic goals, I have also noticed visible and significant changes in how my body is looking, and have gained muscle in my legs and back most noticeably.
